These guys were great. They fixed my issues plus disposed of left behind debris from who ever installed or fixed the ducting before. Would not hesitate hiring them again.

What can I say? David and Alex were on time when they said they would be. They listened to my concerns, and they helped me out! Here's the situation... tight crawl space under my house. Dryer vent came undone when I was cleaning it. My little vent cleaning tool broke as well and got stuck under the house. To top it off, I knew from the smell that there was at least one, if not a couple of, dead rats under there. All of this didn't deter them, and they both had a great attitude the whole time! Alex got under the house, she got my tool back for me, she grabbed those two critters for me, and she hooked my ducting back up with new stronger components. Compared to the other companies that quoted the ducting job, David was half the price as well! I will definitely recommend Air Innovations! I 100% would hire them again! - Chuck

So many positive things to say, but if you are wondering if you should hire them, YES! Their prices are competitive if not lower than other places and the quality of the work is wonderful. They are reliable and seem completely trustworthy
A few things that stood out to me:
1. Quick reply 2. Punctual 3. Great value and price for quality work 4. Went above and beyond what was paid for 5. Kind and friendly and I felt safe with them in my home.
I’ll go into detail
1. Replied right away with not just a price but details about how they cleaned the vents and what was included. Quick replies to my questions as well as quick to schedule 2. On time and finished the work within the time they quoted. 3. I called many duct/vent companies and their price was very within the same range or a bit lower. I liked that they had a basic price for the size of my home and did Charge per vent. Not only did they vacuum the vents they also used a cleaner in then as well. When I asked another company, this was an extra change.
4. We moved into a house that had big dogs living in it before us and one vent was so dirty the vent cover was stained. They took it outside, cleaned it, and painted it before putting it back up. What?! Amazing. They also cleaned the dryer vent as a curtesy and gave me a discount to clean the furnace.
5. They were super friendly and I felt complete safe with them in my home.
I will use them for future work and Highly recommend them. It was clear they did quality work, and were not trying to oversell unneeded services.

My pricing is very competitive I pride myself in reaching my customer's goals with the best pricing available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I Like to contact my customer set up an appropriate time and date when he or she are available. I then Like to do a walk through and hear what My customers have in mind for their home . I then put together a plan that describes different options for the Customer. If customer decides on unit We then figure out an appropriate time and date when the install can take place.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Heating And Air Conditioning training I graduated head of my class and on the Dean's list at Institute Of Technology.
