We recently had a garagedoor tune up performed by ProLift GarageDoors of Salem. It was a positive experience from beginning to end. Mark, the technician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Should the need arise in the future for service on my garagedoor, I would not hesitate to call them again.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Gabe and Mark at Prolift GarageDoors. They were courteous, professional, honest about timelines and possible delays due to product back order (of which we were blessed to have none, as it turns out). They answered all of our questions, gave good information, presented several different options for packages and were on time the day of installation. Mark was great about including us in decisions regarding the remaining wiring of the old door and wall opener. From start to finish, the day of installation, he made sure to take care of every detail. He went above and beyond, even tightening some loose bolts in the actual door itself. When it comes time to replace the garagedoor, we will look to Prolift again. Thank you both for your attention to detail and care of the customer.
