I provide detailed estimates. Pictures of damage/repairs are taken of the places that are not easily reached by the homeowner. I would like our customers to see what is happening with their home/structure and remain safe. I don't mind going up high at all! I believe that cleanliness is the key to many aspects of the project. Safety, efficiency and speed of the project are just a few aspects that are greatly improved with good project house keeping. All of us at ECKC take pride in the work we have done for over 25 years. We enjoy helping good folks. Whether it is bringing their imagination to life, with a great addition or remodel, or simply making the repairs to keep the weather out. My house was built in 1947 and added on to in 1957, so there have been unexpected things pop up. Erik just takes it in stride and does what needs to be done and moves on. I appreciate his carefulness.

Erik responded promptly, worked efficiently to clear my clogged gutter downspout, and gave me a very fair price for his work. His energy is great and he's obviously experienced with and enthusiastic about what he does. I would definitely call him again for any kind of home repair.

Just bought the house and the roofing inspection had suggested some minor upkeep and cleaning. Called that company and asked for the repairs to be done, and could not get them to schedule to do the job. Called Erik Kelley and he came within the week, did the repairs suggested for far less than the competing bid, and came back the next day to finish some repairs that were significant and the roofing company had missed at their inspection. Whole job was done timely, and for a fair price. Highly recommended.

Every project is different. I give free estimates, tailored to fit each job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every thing starts with a free on site estimate of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always looking for installer classes. I stay up to date on the newest products and methods on installing them. I research the manufacturer warranty installer instructions to be sure products are installed correctly and nothing has changed with them since I last installed it. I just took the class and renewed my lead base paint renovation certificate and liecence with the state of Oregon and EPA for work on pre 1978 built homes
