We just wrapped up a bathroom remodel with Silverline Construction and we are beyond happy with how it turned out. Serge was clear, honest and creative in discussing our plans, and he helped us make some great choices regarding tile and layout. He also helped us problem solve when we ran into unexpected issues. We were super impressed with how conscientious and respectful his whole team has been in regards to cleaning up and making sure it was all done in a good timeframe. This was especially important as it is our only bathroom in the house. Above all else, the quality of the work is amazing - with a lot of attention to detail and the small finishes. The pricing is incredibly reasonable given that we feel like Serge went above and beyond. We will definitely be working with his company again on upcoming projects, big and small.

Dear Justine, Nick, and Rosie: This is the GC I was telling you about. Dear everyone else: Our project was a bathroom remodel (overhaul) that involved moving part of a wall, shifting the toilet in the adjacent bathroom, tiling floor and walls from floor to ceiling, replacing all fixtures, and expanding the shower from a wee dark cubicle with a trip hazard to a lovely curbless area with a bench and niche ideal for aging in place. We even replaced the swinging door to the room with a pocket door. Serge and team were super! To start, every team member was super respectful of our household COVID-defense requirements. They took good care of the rooms they were and weren't working in with super durable floor protection. Once work started, the demolition uncovered some structural weaknesses and previous poorly-done repairs that they resolved and improved. There was a lot of work done adjusting the framing and shimming things out that is no longer visible, but was critical to ensuring our tile and ceiling had perfect lines and no weird curviness -- and Serge had planned that into the timeline. My partner and I changed some decisions late in the project, and Serge and team were able to roll with it -- things like "on second thought, let's use this entirely different medicine cabinet" and "well, actually, we want two showerheads instead of one". (I'm sure coming to those conclusions *before* the second course of cement board went up helped with that, because the studs and plumbing were still accessible.) It's great to work with someone who can adjust to change! Many thanks to Serge and Team! We're looking forward to working with you on future projects.

Serge is a wonderful guy to work with and took extra care with little details that could have easily just been overlooked. Our tile work came out just as we had hoped and we really look forward to working with him in the future.
