- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently only accept cash, checks and credit cards. Cash payments may qualify for a discount, checks have no fees, and credit cards do have a 4% processing fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a simple 5 step, stress free process: 1) Free Consultation & Honest Estimate We start with a free in-home consultation to understand your goals, timeline, and budget. We’ll walk your space, discuss options, and answer any questions you have. 2) Design & Planning Once you’re ready to move forward, we help finalize layouts, materials, finishes, and details. 3) Proposal, Schedule & Permits You’ll receive a clear, detailed written proposal outlining scope, pricing, and timeline. You’ll always know what’s happening, what’s next, and when work will begin. 4) Construction & Clear Communication Our in-house team completes your project with a focus on quality craftsmanship, cleanliness, and respect for your home. We keep you updated throughout the project and communicate clearly about progress, changes, or decisions that come up. 5) Final Walkthrough Once construction is complete, we walk through the project with you to make sure everything meets your expectations. We address any final details & answer your questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 18 years of combined hands on experience remodeling homes. We are licensed by the CCB and are a licensed EPA Certified Firm.
