He assembled my new TV stand expertly and perfectly. Then he took my new TV out of the box and set it up on the stand. That was all I expected, thinking I'd have to deal with the electronics later. But he hooked all the wi-fi connections and got the TV working. It was a relief and I was grateful.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for seniors, veterans and lower prices for customers within less than 10 miles radius from West Salem. I also offer additional discounts for returning customers and bigger projects. (5% to 15% off labor costs, seniors and veterans discounts starts at 10%)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My wife is the one setting up the date and time for me to come and give our new clients free estimates. Within a week, my wife will email out the estimate. Then, we'll set the dates and times for me to come and do the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over a decade of being in the construction industry and 5 years in the real estate/apartment maintenance industry.
