- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive and transparent pricing, typically per project or hourly for small repairs. Larger projects are quoted with all labor and materials outlined clearly, so there are no surprises. We also offer discounts for multi-room projects and returning customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the customer’s needs and project vision. Then, I schedule a free on-site estimate to inspect the space, take measurements, and provide a detailed proposal. Once approved, we set a start date, order materials, and complete the work on schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 13 years of hands-on experience in flooring and tile installation, including advanced training in waterproofing systems, hardwood refinishing, and custom tile design. I also stay up to date with industry standards and new product technologies.
