- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a discount when you pay in advance for a three month commitment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a 30 minute complimentary consultation first. When a decision is made to move forward with coaching, I email my Coaching Agreement outlining what to expect and what each party agrees to. Weekly 30 minute coaching sessions are then scheduled and payment is to be made prior to the first coaching session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by another Life Coach for two years.
