We hired Bustami Movers for a last-minute apartment move, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We reached out just one day before our moving date through Thumbtack, and Abdullah called me almost immediately after I sent the inquiry. He was very professional from the start, asked detailed questions about everything we needed moved, and provided a clear quote over the phone.
After living in our apartment for four years, we had accumulated far more belongings than we realized. As we started packing, it became clear just how much there was to move. Abdullah and his team were incredibly flexible and understanding when we had to change our moving time twice because we were running behind.
When they arrived, they quickly assessed the situation and gave us a realistic estimate of how long it would take to move everything. Since we were on the second floor with no elevator, Abdullah suggested bringing in a third mover to speed things up. We agreed, and it made a huge difference.
The team truly went above and beyond to get all of our belongings safely moved into our storage unit. Communication was transparent and honest throughout the entire process. They were fast, efficient, and extremely respectful. I was very stressed before the move due to the time crunch and the amount of stuff we had, but Abdullah and his team made the entire experience so much easier.
What I appreciated most was their integrity, they never tried to charge extra, even though I hadn’t fully realized or communicated how many items we had at the time of booking. That level of honesty is rare and very much appreciated.
I wish I could give them extra stars for their kindness, professionalism, and hard work, not just Abdullah, but the entire team. I will definitely be using their services again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable movers.
