Jars of Clay Property Management, LLC. was formed in 2020 and though we are a new company to the game, we are far from new to the industry. With our founder and leader having over 20 years of experience in property management we bring more than enough experience to the table. Our goal is to help our property owners ensure they obtain the greatest return on investment which we accomplish through being leaders in technology, innovation and resident relations. We treat each property entrusted to us as though it were a valuable jar of clay that requires the utmost attention and detail to its care.

Jars of Clay took over the management of the house I rent almost two months ago and have been super responsive to get the couple of maintenance issues taken care of and made us feel like our voices as renters were being heard.

We are new clients (the property owner changed managers) and Jars of Clay has done a good job making the handoff fairly seamless for us as renters. Staff are friendly and professional and were glad to answer our questions when they arose. We especially appreciate that they've prioritized getting the automatic payment system running quickly.

I tremendously have enjoyed working with Lisa Lockhart. She is the best real estate manager that I have encountered in 30 years of owning rental properties. She is intuitive, positive, and under her leadership the rental income I receive monthly is greater than that of another management company I have worked with. I recommend her highly!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing of management depends on the number of units you have to be managed. We will discuss with each customer their needs and discuss how we can work with them and get the best ROI!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy getting to know each customer personally and what are their needs for their properties. We discuss their roles along with our roles as a management company. I strive to keep all customers up to date on their properties!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed property manager through the Oregon Real Estate Board. I take continuing education classes to keep up to date on the always changing tenant/landlord laws.
