I was having a plumbing emergency, a bad smell and my washer wouldnt drain. I called my regular plumber and was told it would be 3-4 months before getting to me-even in an emergency. My loyalty met nothing to them so I am so glad to have met Joe and his son, and team members. They were quick to respond, spoke to me after hours, explained all Options and went step by step through my plumbing issues while ruling out less costly interventions first. They taught me how to upkeep my new water Bradford White heater and concerns to watch out for. Wolfpack will now be whom I call for any new plumbing issues. Joe, Connor and Lane were great. This was a shower control valve install. They installed valve and trim kit in a timely manner. Kept things clean and cleaned up when finished. All 3 were ready going and informative. They made sure everything was connected and operational prior to leaving. I have hired them again for a second job of whole home re-pipe.
