We’re upfront about costs and offer transparent pricing, with no hidden fees. We only use our hourly rate on customer supplied installs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule a Free Estimate – We start by gathering some basic information about your plumbing issue or project. From there, we schedule a convenient time for a free on-site estimate. 2. Provide Transparent Estimate – Once we’ve inspected the issue, we provide you with a clear, upfront estimate for the work. No hidden costs, just straightforward pricing. 3. Approval & Same-Day Service – After you approve the estimate, we’re often able to complete the work the same day as our visit, depending on the scope of the job and material availability. 4. Completion & Follow-Up – We finish the work efficiently, clean up the area, and make sure you’re satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Joe has been around plumbing his whole life, his father was a plumber, and he grew up learning the trade hands-on from an early age. He went on to complete formal training and schooling in plumbing, earning his journeyman license. To stay current, Joe also takes annual continuing education courses to keep up with the latest plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices. This combination of lifelong experience, professional training, and ongoing education ensures every job is done to code and with the highest level of craftsmanship.
