Another company had installed floors and refrigerator no longer fit. (The mis-measured) They told me to cut up my new cabinets. Brandon worked over a weekend, took down my cabinets, had to build up the wall and rehung them. Also installed electrical outlet and hung new microwave. Would definitely hire him again.
Details: Kitchen • 1-5 • No, my cabinets are already assembled • Wall cabinets • Residential

Brandon came on time, a few minutes early in fact. He did a great job mounting my tv. He asked my input on certain placements to make sure I’d be satisfied. He had a great personality and is good at what he does. I’ll definitely use him again and I highly recommend him.

Enthusiasm for the project was strong in the beginning, but follow-through became a major concern. Deadlines were not met, and the project was ultimately left unfinished. There were ongoing billing issues, including charges for time spent on excessive perfectionism that slowed progress rather than moved the work forward. Timelines were difficult to maintain, and communication became inconsistent, including no response regarding requested W-9 information.
There were also professionalism concerns, such as vaping indoors and not properly preparing the work area for the amount of dust the project created, which resulted in additional cleaning expenses on my end.
Overall, while the initial energy and interest were appreciated, the lack of completion, communication, and accountability created significant frustration and additional cost.

It was a disappointing experience. He said he could be at my home at 9:00. I changed a commitment from 9:00 to noon so I would be home at the time he chose. When he didn’t show up or text me by 9:30, I reached out to him asking if he was still coming. He responded that he’d come sometime after 11:00. So I booked someone else. Not great customer service.
Update: To Brandon’s credit, he called me to say that he had been working on a plumbing emergency since 3:00 am. I understand that emergencies happen and it’s to his credit that he was working. But I still wish he had just let me know. He’s working hard to grow his business and I respect that. I went with someone else but wished him luck. Tbh, I’d delete my original post if Thumbtack would let me.
