We started with a roofingreplacement then had our house painted, a wooden fence replaced and 2 new wooden gates were created. Wilfred, Danny and their team were the best renovators we’ve ever worked with—they were prompt, completed the jobs in a timely manner, and went above and beyond to make our house and property shine!! Their work ethic is beyond belief and they were extremely aware of problems and solutions to offer. We’ve already recommended them to friends and will use them again! They’re the best!

My husband and I are very impressed and would highly recommend Wilfred and his team. His presentation of a roofing estimate was very professional and thorough.Wilfred texted me three weeks before our scheduled apt asking if they could start the roof early and they finished it in two days. Wilfred was very easy to communicate with, responded to texts in a very timely manner and sent a link so that we could see where they were in the process, using pictures, while we were at work.The guys did a great job, worked VERY hard while they were here and their cleanup after each days work was impeccable. We would definitely use them again, would recommend them to anyone and are so happy we decided to go with Eugene Restorations for our new roof.

Our pricing is clear and upfront. We provide detailed estimates so customers understand what they are paying for. There are no hidden fees, and we review all options to fit the customer’s budget and needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The homeowner provides a phone number and address. We schedule a free assessment where we measure and inspect the roof. After that, we do a presentation that usually takes about 30–45 minutes, where we explain the material, the roof replacement process, available warranties, and go over a detailed estimate with the homeowner.
