I started painting 6 years ago when I opened a business in Washington. It was a construction company but I fell in love with the painting aspect of it and made it my specialty. I come to my customers homes on their time and sit down with them and go over everything they want and expect overall from me and the project they want done. I have no time limit for my customers. I do free estimates and only what they want gets put into writing. No surprises. I am up front and clear on pricing and never raise the price from the original signed estimate at the final billing that way they know what to expect. I have never had an unhappy customer but if I did I would do what it took to make them happy before I declared the job complete. The parts I enjoy about what I do is the excitement people have when they have a new project in mind. I truly enjoy every aspect of painting from the prep work to the final steps of baseboards and trim. I love customers faces when they light up when the job is complete and its everything they wanted.
