Max was great and a huge help! He showed up to do an installation on my stairs, but I ordered the items incorrectly. He could have forced it and made it work, but walked me through why what I ordered would not look the best, but if I wanted to move forward how it could be fixed to work. I decided to hold off, but I asked if he could help me with a different project since he was at my house. It was already late and he could have told me to pound sand, but he was enthusiastic to help solve my other household issue that came up with last minute. Great attitude and great help I will hire again.
