- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For moving Household Goods, rates are regulated and proposed on our Tariff. Oregon is a rate regulated state so most legal moving companies will have similar rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process includes, free in homes surveys, emailed quotes/contracts explaining terms of service and pricing, 72 business hour pre-call to confirm details of your move, and professional courteous movers to help you with all you need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our movers go through a training process that starts with safety and swiftly moves to great customer service. We have several training videos that a mover must complete before sent into the field as well as an operations manager that preforms in field techniques with all our movers to certify safe and professional service.
