We pride ourselves on customer service and attention to detail. Communication is paramount in this business and our emphasis on client experience is a top priority. We would enjoy sitting down with you to discuss your needs and present our processes and procedures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of real estate experience in asset management including valuation, acquisition, management and disposition. Recent experience with residential fix and flip on a national scale, determining before and after repair valuations, rehab coordination and determining best exit strategies. I am a licensed Principal Broker in the State of Oregon and my education is continuous to meet personal goals and licensing requirements. I was also a licensed real estate appraiser for 15 years which further enhances my abilities to better serve my clients.
