Recent experience with residential fix and flip on a national scale, determining before and after repair valuations, rehab coordination and determining best exit strategies. I am a licensed Principal Broker in the State of Oregon and my education is continuous to meet personal goals and licensing requirements. I was also a licensed real estate appraiser for 15 years which further enhances my abilities to better serve my clients.
