- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates include basic speakers for 75-100 people, and start at a simple $90/hour M-Th and $110/hour F-Sun and holidays. 4 hour minimum. For most events, no deposit needed. Payment due the day of the event. We also accept checks and all major credit cards. We also offer some additional services (lighting, additional speakers, etc.).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we send out a worksheet for the host to use in planning their special event. This lets us know the types of songs that they are looking for. If we don't meet up in person beforehand, we would have a phone meeting about a week prior to the event to discuss final details.
