FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Material selection, current state of the work area, as well as the desired design play huge roles in determining pricing. The amount of man hours required to finish each part of the project also causes great differences from one project to another. Please note that for larger projects, we charge a consultation fee to visit the jobsite and measure to provide a formal bid on a project. We will provide a ballpark estimate beforehand to give clients an idea and decide if they’d like to book the consultation visit. The consultation fee is credited to the total cost of the project should a client decide to hire us to complete the task. The fee is non-refundable if a client decides not to go through with the project through us. you can check out more information about us by going to our social media pages FB/insta: /blackramllc or online at blackramgeneralconstruction.llc
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We value our client's time as well as our own. This is why we developed a process to ensure that we review the plan, cost, and budget before coming out to the jobsite. We will start out with set up phone/email discussions about the needs/wants of our clients. We welcome photos of current state of the areas and plans/designs of the desired outcome. We take the time to determine the scope of the project. We will then provide a ball park range of what the project could cost so that our clients can decide whether it's something they'd like to move forward. Once our clients decide to move forward, we set-up the consultation site visit to get more accurate measurements and hash out the details. We will have a better timeline of completion as well. When the client decides to hire our services, then a formal bid and construction agreement are completed and a deposit check is collected and the project is scheduled.
