- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be simple and transparent. Estimates are based on the size of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the condition of the space, and the type of cleaning selected. Our website estimator helps give a clear starting range so there are no surprises, and final pricing reflects the time, care, and level of detail your home needs. We aim to keep pricing fair, honest, and aligned with the quality of service we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a simple conversation to understand your home, your needs, and the level of care you’re looking for. Once scheduled, we arrive prepared and move through the space with intention and attention to detail. After the cleaning, we check in to ensure everything feels refreshed, calm, and just right. Clear communication and a peaceful experience are always part of our process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started cleaning young, learning old-school, detail-focused cleaning from my Albanian grandmother. Every Sunday was a family deep-clean, rotating through each of her children’s homes in a mother-daughter–style household, where high standards were non-negotiable. From 1999 to 2010, I worked in the beauty industry in high-end salons and fashion spaces in Staten Island, NY, which sharpened my eye for detail and precision. I later trained in commercial cleaning in New York, including large buildings like the World Trade Center, working with established companies. In 2011, I began my own residential cleaning work in Tenafly and Cresskill, NJ, building strong relationships with families and refining my services. After becoming a mother and relocating to Pennsylvania, I returned to cleaning in the Lehigh Valley with renewed purpose — creating calm, refreshed homes with care, consistency, and attention to detail.
