We are so excited to have hired your company and can’t wait to admire our new roof - thanks! Still waiting on the roof, but we just signed the contract last Saturday.

They were awesome, from the first meeting with the salesman to final installation. The salesman was very knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and gave me multiple options to chose from. It was nice being happy with the choices I made. Then the customer service people were great. I have a very difficult schedule and they worked with me. The installers were on time and very quick and did quality work. They cleaned up excellently and even dealt with my crazy dog. I had a new roof installed, siding, soffit, windows and doors replaced. They were so great to deal and quality products that I used then three times. The roof siding,soffit, and three windows, then 9 windows then the windows were so good , I also replaced 9 more that were only 10 years old. The price was very affordable considering all the estimates I got. I recommend them 100%.

My husband and I hired pinnacle for our siding, gutters and soffits. James and Mike kept to their word on this project no hidden cost. The workers were professional and courteous and did such a fantastic job sooo my husband and I decided to get them to put a new roof put on two days later the roof was on and it was like a brand new home. Thanks pinnacle for making our home beautiful.

Siding project: We were disappointed with the cleanup. Items that were taken off the house were not put back or replaced, so they're laying on the property. The siding looks great on the house. Roofing Project: Pinnacle Exteriors was easy to work with. Also were able to negotiate a reasonable price for additional work needed due to vandalism. Good workmanship, and job completed on time. I will use Pinnacle Exteriors in the future.

I asked Pinnacle Exterior to inspect the roof and give us an estimate about a house that we are potentially buying. Brian was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. He also made sure that I got the proposal report back when I needed it. Our roof inspector, James, was running late, but I appreciated the fact that he called even before our appointment time. James did a great job explaining everything to not only me, the prospective buyer, but to the current homeowner as well about everything he noticed about the roof. So we already knew what to expect when the inspection report came and Brian even clarified some of the details again for me. Overall, I value their professionalism and their expertise and would highly recommend them!
