Brian was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. He also made sure that I got the proposal report back when I needed it. Our roof inspector, James, was running late, but I appreciated the fact that he called even before our appointment time. James did a great job explaining everything to not only me, the prospective buyer, but to the current homeowner as well about everything he noticed about the roof. So we already knew what to expect when the inspection report came and Brian even clarified some of the details again for me.
Overall, I value their professionalism and their expertise and would highly recommend them!
