We could not be happier in our decision to hire Roof360. They did a fantastic job on our new roof. It was not an easy project as it is a 125 year old house and a lot of steep roof angles. It was February, and we had a small window of good weather for them to work. When they left the job there was not a single piece of debris anywhere. They left it cleaner than it was before they arrived.But that is not the most impressive thing they did for us. While they were working, one of the big ladders slipped and fell onto our wooden fence, damaging one of the panels. Thankfully, no one was injured.Justin promised us that he would return in the spring to repair it. If you ever had a contractor in your home, it is not unusual for them to disappear after they are paid. We honestly thought that the spring is their busy season and we would have to hunt them down to get this done.But much to our surprise, without any initiative on our part, they showed up this week to do what they promised. Sean, the project manager, again went the extra mile. The nails they brought to attach the fence panel, would not have been the best long term solution. So he left and got some special screws that would be a more stable and longer lasting solution.I cannot express how valuable it is to have a trustworthy contractor in your home, and these guys are that and more!If you need any kind of roof work, there is no reason to trust anyone else to do the job. It will be done right, they will take care of your home like it was their own, and all at a price that is fair.

We had an amazing experience with this company from start to finish. I first spoke with Justin, the owner great guy, very knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about quality work. John met me at the house, showed up on time, and was completely honest about the condition of my roof. There was no pressure at all. He encouraged me to get multiple options and work within my budget, while also taking the time to show me different material choices and explain the differences in quality.What really stood out to me is how much this company cares about doing things the right way. They offer excellent warranties, use high-quality roofing materials, and have clearly spent time testing different products to find what they believe is the best system. They even have their own logo branded on the underlayment, which shows how much pride they take in their work and brand.When I came home during the project in Easton, Pennsylvania, I was blown away. The entire property was fully tarped off to protect my landscaping, driveway, and home from nails and debris. The setup was incredibly professional. Justin had managers actively overseeing the project to make sure everything ran smoothly, and the equipment they used was top-notch.This is a company that truly focuses on quality, professionalism, and customer experience. If you need a roof, its honestly a no-brainer call Justin. Ill absolutely be referring them to my neighbors, family, and friends.
