I'm very happy with the new roof that was put on my house by Home Genius Exteriors.I was impressed with the entire process. Oakley was extremely knowledgeable in assessing the state of my old roof and explaining all the steps that would be taken to remove it and put on the new roof, as well as all of the materials that would be used in the process.Tyler managed the work and kept me up-to-date on the progress via text/phone, as I was out of town while the work was being done. The crew was amazingly able to remove the old roof and put the new one on in the same day. The roof looked great and the work site was clean. Tyler also met with me after the work was completed to make sure it met my expectations and answer any questions that I had.Because of the quality of the materials used and the workmanship, this certainly isn't a cheap roofing option. However, all things considered, I would recommend Hime Genius Exteriors for your roofing needs.

tl;dr: You won't get cheated, they're transparent about what they do, their work is top notch, and you get what you pay for. Just get a quote already.This review involves a major roofing project on my house. The most important thing I want to state about Home Genius is the level of trust you can put into them. You can trust Home Genius to get the job done correctly, honestly, and efficiently.Project Management: Our project manager, Tyler, was a man of integrity. He made sure to address our questions and concerns. I emphasize integrity because when things went awry (no blame to either party, our house just had surprises), Tyler adapted openly, earnestly and without surprise charges. We were shown pictures of the project with explanations.The Result: The work crew themselves are professionals, and their work shows to where I can proudly point out my new roof to friends and colleagues. It's just a roof, but I never knew I could be so proud to show it off. If something goes wrong, I know it won't be from shoddy workmanship, and my warranty will see that things will be fixed to the previous level of excellence.Pricing: Their prices are reasonable, and I say that in a good way. They won't try to up sell you on things you don't need, but nice extras are an option if your budget allows. They won't be the cheapest option, but you're paying for the peace of mind, knowing that quality work that will last for years or even decades.Roof work can be a sketchy profession to navigate, but not once did the wife and I worry about getting swindled or cheated. Not. Once. Home Genius has earned a household customer for life.

Every single person I had interaction with from the beginning to the end of my roof being replaced was extremely professional and courteous. From start to finish I was kept informed and was so amazed at how fast and efficiently the workers did their job.I have had many, many con artists attempt to scam me in the past, but there have been more than I could stand in the last few months since purchasing my home. It's exhausting dealing with them. I almost gave up on trusting anyone to get work done, but Home Genius Exteriors showed me there are legitimate businesses with honest, hard-working employees still out there.Get this, I signed the contract last week and with the crew they brought, my roof is already done as of today. I can't believe it, but it is true. Thank you to all of those wonderful people at Home Genius Exteriors! I am truly grateful for the roof you literally put over my kids and my head.I highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors to anyone out there looking to get work done on their home. Keep in mind they do a lot more than roofs, they are military vet friendly, they do non-profit work, and guess what...I personally will be getting more work done by them in the future I will add before and after photos here as soon as I get the after ones, so you can see some of their quality work.

Matthew's careful inspection sold me on Home Genius. I intended to just get a third quote to compare with two others. But Matthew took pics from every angle, used a drone for detailed overhead shots, walked the roof with me to find problem spots and even crawled through the attic to assess the planking from underneath.Tyler monitored the crew's progress and kept me aware of potential problems by sending pictures to my cellphone while I worked my regular job. He made sure that I was aware of problems and satisfied with the new roof every step of the way. Upon completion he took the time to review every detail of the process with me.The crew worked professionally and neatly, cleaning up as they progressed. They were courteous, friendly and respectful of the house and property. They deserve a tip.I will recommend Home Genius to neighbors and friends.
