I met Jarvis during a difficult time with a project. A previous contractor was just a croak, unprofessional, and the work quality was poor! Jarvis was skeptical to work with me under the circumstances. I also was honest of my funding situation and he was compelled to correct and complete the job. It was a four bedroom house that he turned into a masterpiece in short period time. We are waiting for the house to sell so we can start on another project. Jarvis was a God's sent. They did not mess around. Jarvis' turnaround time was 35 days to correct numerous problems and complete the project. The completion of the house was polished without any debris. This company is absolutely fantastic. I ran into a jack knife contractor who destroyed my renovation project. However, Jarvis Complete Renovations corrected all of the mistakes and problems. The house turned out fantastic thanks to them. I can't thank them enough.

Jarvis and his team are the ultimate professionals. We hired Jarvis to replace the ceiling and drywall in our dining room and kitchen at our previous home. The work was flawless and he installed our new light fixture to complete the look. When we moved into our new home a few months later, we hired Jarvis immediately to assist with the updates that were needed. He’s currently updating our kitchen and we are so pleased with what we see so far. We plan on partnering with Jarvis in 2024 to begin the next project - carpet removal and hardwood flooring install. The job that Sheldon Jarvis did for me was INCREDIBLE. He renovated my entire upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. I honestly can't find enough words to describe the skill that Sheldon naturally has. I tried other contractors in my past but no one compares to the quality of work that Sheldon can do and not only is he a great worker, but he also gets the job done on time!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend him to anyone that's needs house work done!!!!

All pricing is generated from the scope of work needed to be completed. I provide a thorough break down of what is requsted, what will be done and how much each item may cost to complete.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I am contacted by the new customer. We will discuss basics of what is needed to be done. I exchange contact information. Then, I will schedule a in facility consultation to give an estimate for scope of work needed to be completed. I will take pictures (if necessary), of the areas that are being renovated. I will then prepare a estimate/contract agreement to be sent to the customer with a 30 day guarantee for the price quoted. From there I wait to hear back from the new customer. If after three days, I will send a follow-up email or give a call.
