Sheldon is an amazing contractor. He did demo and some reframing for my living room and dining room. I told him what I wanted and he fulfilled my every wish. He came everyday as he promised. Stayed later if needed and in turn he actually completed my assignment a few days before the timeline date. His prices were reasonable and he worked with me.He was a pleasure to work with. The job that Sheldon Jarvis did for me was INCREDIBLE. He renovated my entire upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. I honestly can't find enough words to describe the skill that Sheldon naturally has. I tried other contractors in my past but no one compares to the quality of work that Sheldon can do and not only is he a great worker, but he also gets the job done on time!!! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All pricing is generated from the scope of work needed to be completed. I provide a thorough break down of what is requsted, what will be done and how much each item may cost to complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically, I am contacted by the new customer. We will discuss basics of what is needed to be done. I exchange contact information. Then, I will schedule a in facility consultation to give an estimate for scope of work needed to be completed. I will take pictures (if necessary), of the areas that are being renovated. I will then prepare a estimate/contract agreement to be sent to the customer with a 30 day guarantee for the price quoted. From there I wait to hear back from the new customer. If after three days, I will send a follow-up email or give a call.
