- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is generated from the scope of work needed to be completed. I provide a thorough break down of what is requsted, what will be done and how much each item may cost to complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I am contacted by the new customer. We will discuss basics of what is needed to be done. I exchange contact information. Then, I will schedule a in facility consultation to give an estimate for scope of work needed to be completed. I will take pictures (if necessary), of the areas that are being renovated. I will then prepare a estimate/contract agreement to be sent to the customer with a 30 day guarantee for the price quoted. From there I wait to hear back from the new customer. If after three days, I will send a follow-up email or give a call.
