- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t get paid unless you win. Our firm offers a 100% free initial consultation. Personal injury cases are always on a contingency fee basis, meaning no win, no fee representation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We partner with all of our clients, get all the details regarding their situation and help them make determinations on the best course of action to work towards an outstanding result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly learning to be able to provide top level representation for our clients, we do so through continuing legal education, conferences, but most importantly being in court on a daily basis.
