We provide clear, upfront pricing based on the size and condition of your carpets. There are no hidden fees! We often have special promotions, especially for first-time customers or referrals. Always ask for "Review Discount" While our base price covers standard cleaning, additional services like stain protection, upholstery cleaning, or pet odor removal may incur extra charges. We’ll always discuss these options with you beforehand. If you’re not completely satisfied with the results, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can reach out via phone or email. We’ll ask a few questions about your needs, including the size and type of carpets, any specific stains or issues, and your location. Based on your information, we’ll provide a free, no-obligation estimate. This will give you a clear idea of the costs involved. Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll work with you to find a convenient date and time for the cleaning. We strive to be flexible to accommodate your schedule. On the day of service, our team will arrive on time and conduct a brief consultation. We’ll go over the details again, assess the carpets in person, and discuss any additional services you may want. We’ll use our professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions to ensure a thorough clean. After cleaning, we’ll walk through the area with you to ensure you’re satisfied with the results. If there’s anything you’d like us to address, we’ll take care of it on the spot. We value feedback! After a few days, we may reach out to see how the carpets are holding up and if you have any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve obtained certifications from reputable organizations, such as the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Besides of that, also I've spent significant time working alongside experienced technicians, learning the best practices in carpet cleaning, equipment handling, and customer service.
