Working with Rich and the I Know A Guy...Renovations LLC team was a breeze. He responded quickly to our inquiry with a fair estimate of the project cost. When it came time to do the work, the team was punctual, professional and meticulous. The end result was a bathroom and roof repair that not only looks great but will add value to our home. My husband and I are thrilled to have this project done and look forward to calling on I Know A Guy...Renovations LLC for future projects.

Rich was very personable and provided excellent service. I initially contacted the company to carpet my stairs. But during the free quote appointment, I asked if I could also have the filters changed for my whole home water filtration system. During both jobs, Rich took the time to explain how, why and what he was doing. His work was of great quality and his prices were very reasonable. Plus his administrative assistant business manager Joannie is very responsive and professional. This was the best home service experience I've ever had and I will definitely contact I Know a Guy...Renovations LLC for future work around my house!
