Rich was very personable and provided excellent service. I initially contacted the company to carpet my stairs. But during the free quote appointment, I asked if I could also have the filters changed for my whole home water filtration system. During both jobs, Rich took the time to explain how, why and what he was doing. His work was of great quality and his prices were very reasonable. Plus his administrative assistant business manager Joannie is very responsive and professional. This was the best home service experience I've ever had and I will definitely contact I Know a Guy...Renovations LLC for future work around my house!

I live in Nevada, bought a home in Wilkes Barre Pa. He took care of everything for us. He really does "Know A Guy". Next home we buy will we plan on starting with him first. He does a though job. You wont be disappointed by him!

I gotta a guy if you need one, he is I Know A Guy! They did a magnificent job of laying a new rubber floor in our gym area. Clean, fast, respectful and any other adjective you can come with, already he has another job! You won’t be disappointed!
