FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with any catering request large or small, and all of our pricing is 100% transparent with no hidden fees. Delivery/Drop Off: Drop off catering for offices or smaller parties typically is $35-$100 for delivery which includes utensils, plates, napkins and set up depending on numbers of guests and location - additional chafing dishes, frames, and serving utensils is an additional $12 per setup. Food Truck Onsite: Having the food truck onsite starts at $300 for up to 3 hours of service - this fee includes all of the plates, napkins, utensils, chafing dishes, and serving items. Additional fees will apply for service hours beyond 3 hours, for extensive travel outside of the Greater Lehigh Valley, or for special services such as passed appetizers or servers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: We first ask for your per person budget and send you our catering menu online. Step 2: We then set up an initial phone conversation to discuss menu options. For serious customers, we also offer a small tasting to try any unfamiliar items at one of our brick and mortar locations in either Bethlehem, PA or Philadelphia, PA. There's no charge for the tasting. Step 3: After you determine your menu, we will send you a formal invoice with all of the items and pricing. You menu and total numbers can be adjusted up to 7 days prior to your event date. A deposit of 25% of the total is required to hold your date. NOTE: If you cancel the event more than 7 days prior to the event, your deposit will be returned minus a $100 administrative fee. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the event, the full 25% deposit will be retained by the caterer.
