Had a GREAT first time experience with Easton General Contractors! The owner, Oscar, returned my initial message immediately. He connected with me via email, cell phone discussions and texting. Super friendly and very easy to talk to. Oscar is VERY focused on the customer being happy. Both Oscar and Frank (the foreman) drove out to my home to provide an estimate for the job. My job consisted of installing a sub-floor in a closet that was designed for an elevator. Oscar was quick to provide a very reasonable estimate and returned the following week to complete the job. Both carpenters showed up early and knew what they had to do. Within a few hours they were done!! Frank showed up to review the job to ensure it was to my liking. While here, I asked they quote another job. I highly recommend Easton General Contractors for all your contracting needs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We follow the most straightforward pricing method, that is, Cost-plus pricing. We calculate the cost of doing the work and materials and add a percentage (profit) to that price to the estimate for your approval. Although simple we know our method has two flaws; we take no account of demand, and there is no way of determining if someone has offered you a much higher or lower price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to you. Then we plan the solution. Our next step is to wow you with the best estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Realtor. I have a degree in Engineering. I have attended several educational courses to carry out my job effectively.
