Chose Eva home services to fix up one of my vacant rental properties. Overall it was a very good experience. I had them clean the carpets, replace some fixtures, and do some painting and drywall repairs. Mark and Kayla were very friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to call Tony again. BTW, Kayla did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet; photos included!

Professional work at a reasonable price. I've used EVA Home Services twice now and both times I've had good results. 1 of the elements in my water heater went out and needed to be replaced about 6 months ago. They told me that the other element will probably go soon due to the age of my water heater. Low and behold, the other one went out last week. Instead of going with another repair, my wife and I decided to upgrade to a larger water heater. Tony and Mark came out on a Sunday to get my water heater installed. Price was very fair. Will call them again for any future plumbing issues.

I was put in a bad situation by a previous HVAC person that didn't know what they were doing on my newly purchased house. Long story short, either I would get hot water and no heat, or get heat and no hot water. Tony sent out Greg and Mark who resolved all of our issues over the course of 2 days. Price was very reasonable for both trips.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working with several investors rehabbing homes, I realized that no single handyman can do this alone. I needed to build a team of skilled guys specializing in various trades; only then would I truly be able to provide my customers with quality work done on schedule and within budget.

I have worked with home owners, investors, landlords, commercial businesses and so forth.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Tankless water heaters are the latest crave. We recently installed one for Charles Hudson in Whitehall PA. Job took an extra 2 to 3 hours from our original guess. That type of news isn't the best to hear but it's common in construction for unforeseen events to arise.
