After working with several investors rehabbing homes, I realized that no single handyman can do this alone. I needed to build a team of skilled guys specializing in various trades; only then would I truly be able to provide my customers with quality work done on schedule and within budget.

I have worked with home owners, investors, landlords, commercial businesses and so forth.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Tankless water heaters are the latest crave. We recently installed one for Charles Hudson in Whitehall PA. Job took an extra 2 to 3 hours from our original guess. That type of news isn't the best to hear but it's common in construction for unforeseen events to arise.
