- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use flat rate pricing but I'm more than fair with my pricing with warranties for my services at zero cost to the customer
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's quite simple. I treat every customer the same wheter or not they are new but I like to live by these words, TREAT HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A recognized 4 yr Apprenticeship, a ton of on the job training completed from a Master Plumber, on the job training as a Pipefitter which led to a Journeyman level Pipefitter. A bunch of classes that led to certificate or certifications. Osha 30 trained and most of all the attitude of Get it done no matter what it takes.
