- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That is a hard question to simply answer here. if you look me up via Google, you'll find my contact info there. this site does not allow a direct connection between customers and contractors, so they can charge per job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I first find out what their needs are. I then give them options based off of budget and design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned blacksmithing techniques that are seldomly used anymore. Most fabricators buy pre-assembled parts from China to construct their ironwork
