The fact that this is our family business. I remember my mother and my grandmother doing the cleaning jobs and me helping them on jobs when I was young. For the past 30 years now its been my business. There's def built in job security when you are cleaning haha.. Things will always need cleaned. When we arrive to clean carpets we bring both wet a dry cleaning equipment. In addition we even bring two types of vacuums for the most thorough cleaning possible. Plus we aren't locked into franchise specific chemicals.

The carpet looked new again!! It was darker grey with so many kids juice stains, from renters kids. Now it's back to light grey and all the same color!! Whew such a relief!! Thank you!! And the price was affordable. : )

We respond to their interest with promptness. First I would personally answer any questions they may have up front.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many training courses over the years but quite frankly nothing replaces being part of a multiple generational family business. I have been exposed to this business all my life. I've been the owner myself since 1986. Average tenure of our staff and personnel is 10+ years. The same goes for average tenure of our clients ( with office cleaning ) 10+ years. Of course that is phenomenal in this industry.
