Ross helped us out with repairing two basement lights. The job required a little extra work than he said he had first expected but he was willing to complete the job until the lights were working great. He is super friendly and we will call him again next time we need something fixed.

He finished the job and was prompt in coming, however he did not listen to my instruction well and completed the job incorrectly, then had to fix it. Also did not disclose the travel fee. Overall, I am satisfied with his work.
