- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Anybody can send you a price. I quote you $1 in the inbox so I can get in touch with you to schedule a free estimate. Your job might not be as big or as small as you think, which means the price could be more or less than I quoted you. If I accept your job it automatically qualifies you for a free estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give great customer service. My main objective is to make sure that the customer receives the exact service that they’re looking for. We give out free estimates so you won’t be blindsided at the end of your bill. We also want u as a new customer to know that we need you because you make it possible for us to be a successful company. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in this field since a child. I’m a towing operator so I deal with all walks of life everyday. Customer service is not something I learned it a part of being a good hearted person and that’s what I am.
