FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is as fair as possible, but cheap work isn’t quality work & quality work isn’t cheap. There’s a lot that goes into our job that is overlooked, but we always try to work with our customers and be as transparent as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We see it as an opportunity to showcase our work and the goal is ultimately to gain your trust so that you no longer need to hunt down a painting contractor for future work: you’ll have us. After one job with us, our goal is to showcase our diligent work, how accurately we hit the deadlines we set and how much value you feel we brought to you as a consumer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up with family members who were painters so it started as weekend work or after school work. I joined an apprenticeship program with a reputable company when I began to really take a liking to the trade. By age 22, I had started my own company and it remains the single best decision I’ve. The past 6 years we’ve made so many connections with people, businesses, etc and we owe all of our success to repeat customers and word of mouth marketing. Loyal clients are at the forefront of our growth and we couldn’t be more grateful.
