Working with Jim was a pleasure from start to finish. He truly listened to everything we said and turned that into actions that helped narrow our search down further. While very supportive, he was never pushy or working his own agenda. My husband and I trusted him from day one, and relied on his market expertise and contractor knowledge as we searched for our forever home. While we were not new to buying a home, the process and market had changed immensely since we last did so, so Jim was truly a godsend. He was flexible with our schedules, upbeat and positive even when things were challenging. Jim was kind, calm, always willing to talk things out and check in with us throughout the process. My parents are relocating from out-of-state in the next year and after meeting Jim and seeing how positive our buying experience was with him, will work with no one else to buy in the area - that's the biggest endorsement we can give!

Really enjoyed my experience working with Jim. He put my mind at ease when we needed to sell and buy at the same time. I did not want to move my family twice and Jim helped us avoid it. It was a balancing act and he sat down with us to put together a concrete strategy. I will definitely be working with Jim again if the need arises.

I could not have found a better realtor. Jim is knowledgeable, responsive and really made me feel totally comfortable throughout the buying process. I looked at dozens of houses and probably would have looked at dozens more if it wasn't for Jim pointing out defects to watch out for. I really appreciate how patient he was. If you're looking to buy or sell, do yourself a favor and call Jim now!!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? If we work together on the home buying side, it is 100% free to use my services, so you should take advantage of them! I earn my commission from the seller of the home you're purchasing. I offer competitive rates when we work to sell your home and I provide my clients with white glove service because they only deserve the best! Here are some of the services I provide to make your transaction smoother: 1. 48 hour buyer or listing cancellation agreement If for any reason you are unsatisfied with me or my strategy, all I ask is that you give me 48 hours to rectify any issue that you have. If you are still unhappy, then you are free to cancel the agreement no questions asked. 2. Love it or Leave it Guarantee If you would like to or have to sell your home within 21 months of buying your home with me, I will sell your home with no commission charged to you. You only have to cover the 2.5% fee due to the agent that brings you your buyer. 3. Professional listing photos and video There is nothing worse than scrolling through low-quality photos of a home. I can't tell you how many times I've seen photos taken on a phone with dirty dishes in the kitchen sink. If you want to scare away buyers, this is a fool proof plan! I pride myself on displaying your home the way it should be. I utilize a professional photographer for all of my listings along with professionally shot and edited walk-through tours and drone footage of your home so your prospective buyers can see all the positive qualities before they even schedule a showing. 4. White Glove Moving Package If you sell AND buy with me, you're treated tons of bonus gifts that other realtors do not offer. These include: moving supplies (moving boxes, sharpie, packing tape), transfer of utilities, forwarding of address, your choice of professional home cleaning/car wash/handyman or landscaping service after move in, celebratory dinner for two with transportation provided to and from dinner, personalized closing gift and many more! I do my absolute best to take care of my clients by keeping your stress to a minimum and making the process enjoyable for you and your family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? It's always imperative that we meet in person so we can sit down and discuss your real estate goals. If you're buying, we'll talk about your search criteria, timeline and review the transaction process. This is extremely important especially if you're a first-time home buyer. We'll then set you up to speak with a lender if you're not already pre-qualified. In this hot seller's market, it's imperative that you have all your ducks in a row BEFORE you even look a house. That way you know what you can afford and you're ready to submit offers quickly, especially now that we're in a hot seller's market. Homes are currently flying off the shelves and you don't want to waste time if you're not ready to act fast! If you're selling your home, I'll perform a detailed CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) so we can decide on the asking price. We'll discuss your ideal timeline and my marketing strategy for selling your home quickly for top dollar. You also get to rely on my strong, proven network of professionals for any need that you have (painters, carpenters, flooring, cleaners, etc). I always encourage you meet with multiple realtors since this is most likely the largest financial transaction of your life, but I'm confident that after meeting with me, you'll have the peace of mind to put your trust into my hands!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?As a native of beautiful Bucks County, I’ve had the pleasure of working around homes all my life. Growing up, I would work the summers helping my dad with his general contracting business, and with my uncles who are electricians and custom luxury home builders. It was only natural to turn my passion for real estate into a fulfilling career, by utilizing my background and strong network, so I can help my fellow neighbors.
