When I foolishly laundered my shag bathroom rug in my frontload washer yesterday, I created a disaster that appeared without a solution. I called sixteen companies this morning in search of a repair for the seriously blocked drainage system that left my washer drum filled with water and without any drainage function. HVAC folks declined, explaining that they do not work on washing machines. Plumbers declined, explaining that they do not work on washing machines. Appliance technicians declined, stating that they only work on Whirlpool washers. I started to panic, frightened that since I couldn't find someone to make the repair, it would be necessary to replace the washer. Then, I received a return call from Oliver whose phone number and information I located on a site where he is listed as "CLEAN AND FIX LLC." I explained my situation and he said that he would arrive at my home at noon and would be able to repair my frontload washer. Precisely at 12 PM, Oliver arrived. He was confident in his capacity to restore my washer to normal function and he competently and cheerfully worked on my unit. Regrettably, not being a very new model, disassembling the entire unit was necessary and it was obvious that Oliver was skilled. At 01:02 PM, he left my home having successfully made the repair, fully tested the washer and cleaned up the area to perfection. I am THRILLED to have met Oliver.
