- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our First Aid/CPR/AED instructors at a minimum must maintain user-level First Responder/EMR training, which exceeds the level of training we provide. This allows each instructor to not only know the materials taught, but also maintain a deeper knowledge and understanding of why the skills are important and how they work. Additionally, each instructor remains active in their respective fields. This ensures they know current practices, are experienced in using their skills, and know what it is like to use these skills in real life and under stress.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide a variety of services. We have provided everything from regional training for international corporations to individualized training that fit specific organizational and personal needs. We are designed to provide adaptable training that fits your specific training needs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are a lot of knowledgeable instructors, and a lot of good teachers. There aren't a lot of knowledgeable instructors who are good teachers. Also, different people learn differently. Find instructors who know their materials, can teach it well, and can adapt to your specific learning needs.
