- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well on most projects I usually take all my notes back to the office and do an extensive estimation, confirm that I have not forgotten anything and at this point there’s usually a few questions I need to touch base with them on. There’s quite a bit of communication going on during this process. We want to make sure no stone is left unturned
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well it all started when I was about five years old going to work with my father every summer (CONTRACTOR)throughout the years. Then once I hit high school I went to all the building trades classes, meanwhile still working for my father every summer. Few years after high school I took over the company and I’ve taken Old school craftsmanship and integrated With new school design in flair. But never forgetting how to treat your customers by a wise “old man”
