We are remodeling our family room and Bob responded quickly to our Thumbtack request for tile/decorative stone. As it turns out, Bob is a fully licensed general contractor. He did a great job on the fireplace stone. We further contracted to install recessed ceiling lights and to build a new mantle over the fireplace which required some creativity on his part. Excellent work on construction, drywall, electrical, mantle and of course the stone tile. Highly recommended.

Bob rebuilt our frunt porch after a Comercial van ran into our house.He was very kind,helpful and patient when we needed assistance to decide on some things he was right there ready to help . We now have a beautiful new porch wider than the original one with beautiful porch rails that Bob helped us pick out the color for .He is a great contracter always on time I would recommend him to family and friends .

I would highly recommend Bob Goodyear Construction for a project which includes steps, railings and trim. I picked Bob for my project because of his knowledge, his suggestions and his willingness to work with me through the project. Any project can be a scary situation you might think you know what you want but until you open the wall you dont know what's behind it. Bob patiently helped me through the decisions I needed to make. He was on time, kept in touch through texts, helped me make decision without pressuring me or making me feel anxious. His prices were comparable to other contractors. He cleaned up at the end of day. He is mild mannered with a strong work ethic.

I hired Goodyear Construction to build a roof over my 25’ x 25’ paver patio. Numerous contractors came out to look and bid on the job. Bob responded to questions quickly, offered options and suggestions for the job, his knowledge became apparent quickly as we spoke initially. They did a much better job than I could have ever hoped for without any question. They took a bunch or raw materials and sculpted it into a masterpiece. They took an unused space and turned it into a space they will be enjoyed new living space on the outside of the home. Bob and his crew were excellent in every way. These guys are what I would consider an old time contractor/construction supplier. They are true craftsmen and know their trade inside and out. Their attention to detail was top notch and second to none, their work ethic was non-stop and at the highest levels I have seen in a long time, as they may have only took a break for a total of 15 minutes each day. They did not cut any corners as many contractors do. They were all professional, courteous, and informative through the entire job. They showed up early every morning and put in a full day of work. Each day cleaning up as needed, when the project was complete they left the property and site cleaner than they found it. * Please note we left the underside unfinished due to the winter season, the underside will be either left with an unfinished look, painted or stained, or vinyl covered with a large hanging ceiling fan with lights. Numerous pictures justify the quality of work * If you want a fabulous contractor with attention to detail, artisans like work and a beautiful finished product, hire Bob Goodyear. Do not hesitate! I will be referring him to as many people as I can and will hire him again for more work in the future.
