I needed a queen adjustable base assembled and put into my existing canopy. The workers(Jacob & uncle A) were on time, friendly and professional. They did a great job and were very helpful. I would recommend them and use them again.

They came out on time and quickly finished the job. Old houses are no fun and tricky to work on. Another issue popped up as a result of their work and within the hour Tim came back to fix it and insisted he sweep up afterwards!
Now I am looking around the house for things for them to do! Will definitely use them again and definitely recommend to others!

I hired TruBlue to do a major repair on my plaster bedroom ceiling which partially collapsed. John came out and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. We set a date to do start the project and allowed for 3 days. His crew came out on time each day and always cleaned up after themselves. As we went on, and I saw a) what a great job they were doing and b) how friendly John's employee that was assigned to my project was, I decided to expand and get some extra projects done (including my son's bedroom ceiling, painting both bedrooms plus the entire hallway and walls going up the stairs and patching of cracks in the plaster that were just "natural" to having plaster walls). John's communication was excellent and we quickly agreed on a price going forward. I'm thoroughly happy with the job that was done and will definitely hire TruBlue again for any projects I may have around the house, including when I redo my back deck, hopefully next spring. As an aside, John's employee that did virtually all the work at my house after the initial demolition of what was left of my ceiling, Prince, was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, friendly and explained everything he was doing, Highly recommend TruBlue.

I needed 2 window sills replaced. I Got in touch with TruBlue of Easton through Thumbtack. Polite, professional, punctual. Set a date for a quote, got a plan and a day set. The carpenter he sent out was on time and really great, he handled everything while I was busy moving in. Would hire again and would recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For handyman work, we have a two hour minimum. Therefore, for small "time and material" jobs we encourage clients to have a few small projects "in their back pockets" so that they get the full time for which they paid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This depends on the specific job. However, I would like to discuss your project with you on the telephone. If your job will require an estimate or solid price bid, we will agree on a time for me or one of my people to come out and look at the project. We will then produce and e-mail you and estimate or bid, depending on which is appropriate. When you accept, I will schedule the work. Upon completion I will invoice you.
