Extremely responsive! Gets the job done quickly and super knowledgeable. Didn’t cost me much and I felt price was fair and reasonable for the work provided. I now have a working dryer after a year of loads taking three hours to dry! Super excited to get through this colossal amount of laundry. Thanks again!

I’m not sure I can say what a god send Joe is. He fixed my issue with my Mini split as if it was his own trouble shooting and making suggestions and stayed engaged until the work was done. He then fixed a plumbing issue that I asked him about. I wish I met him years ago. He would be my go to with any household issue I had…. The highest marks possible

Joseph did an excellent job replacing all my old outlets and switches. He was pleasant and professional. He answered promptly and finished the work in one day. Don’t hesitate to have Joseph work on your projects.

AirComfy was great to work with. I told him I needed to add 4 high intensity lights in the parking lot. He arrived 4 hours later with the lights and everything he needed to get the job done. Now we have plenty of light in the parking lot when it gets dark at 5:00 pm and everyone is leaving the office for the day.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is transparent, and I work to keep things affordable. I provide an upfront estimate for any service, so there are no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start with a new customer, I begin with a detailed consultation to understand their needs and concerns. I assess the system or appliance, explain any potential issues, and offer options for solutions. My goal is to ensure you understand the process and are comfortable before any work begins. After completion, I follow up to make sure everything is working smoothly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed HVAC Basics training and am certified by the EPA, with additional certifications from OSHA. This foundation is paired with hands-on experience in HVAC and appliance repair. My ongoing education ensures I stay updated on new techniques and technologies, allowing me to deliver reliable and safe service.
