I contacted Jerry Friday and he was here promptly on Sunday morning to clean out and work on my gutters. He was thorough in completing the job. His pricing was fair, he is concerned about customer satisfaction and I'll be happy to contact him again when I need work done.

I posted my need on Wednesday. Jerry answered within 4 hours and agreed to go see the roofing job on a 3 story row house in Allentown, PA. He did that on Thursday, took pictures which he emailed to me. In addition, he gave me a quote which I believe was very reasonable and fair. We met and discussed the pictures and he said the job would be completed by the end of the weekend. I received notice from Jerry by 12 noon on Sunday that the job was complete. He also sent pictures showing the completed work. I would hire Jerry Volkert any time I needed a roof repaired. ELC 12-16-2014

Jerry responded quickly to my request for repair from wind damage. We communicated by sending pictures and got a reasonable quote. Despite a severe cold and windy weather, we had the roof repaired in time before my vacation. Highly recommend for roof repair.
