- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off National averages for the work in estimating; with adjustments based off my 30 plus years experience. I will always do my absolute best to work within a client's budget and I really am quite flexible. I also offer a variety of discounts, from new client, repeat client, veterans, and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to sit down with my clients and go over the project from start to finish. I will discuss any options available and I also offer at least a few diffrent types of material and both pros and cons between the options. I may also suggest diffrent options as far as design and layout go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in this industry for over 30 years and I still do the work myself. I still love seeing a clients dream or even a simple project become a reality for them.
