- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bauer Specialty and Gutter Solutions of Lake Erie offer a variety of services with options to not only take care of your needs, but also fit most budgets. We offer discounts on projects through promotions, veteran discounts, and senior citizen discounts as well. Financing options are also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon meeting with homeowners, we review your project, provide written work scope(s) with options and/or phases needed to complete the project, and a timeline for the expected date of completion. Once we receive a signed contract and deposit, your project is entered into our production queue. Our scheduling coordinators will contact you in advance to confirm the day and time of our arrival. After a final walk through to ensure your project has been completed as per your contract, a final payment will be processed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of the Builders Association of NWPA, conduct weekly safety trainings, permanently retain the services of a third-party safety compliance company to ensure all OSHA requirements are adhered to, and receive annual product training from all of our product manufacturers. In addition, our company holds monthly safety committee meetings and an annual companywide safety training.
