I reported the issue I had, got a quote and an email from them, they just needed to order the part. When I went to call them, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and to bring it in for them to see what the problem is. I know what the problem is and was very specific about that on my thumbtack form. How can they give me a quote on parts and labor and have the above response when I call. This is too bad, I was excited to finally be getting my problem rectified. Won't be doing this again.

I'm sorry if there was some confusion, the tech you spoke with on the phone didn't know I had quoted something for thumbtack and was confused.
