About
I have been in the electrical trade for 10 years, take pride in my work, and always make sure that customer satisfaction is my top priority. I have experience in new construction commercial and I also specialize in residential service work. I am able to do anything from troubleshooting a simple outlet that isn't working, swapping out the Federal Pacific panel that you don’t want to deal work, or a whole service, panel, and rewire. In my experience, it is a more enjoyable experience for customers as well as myself to estimate/charge on a per job basis. I do not typically charge an hourly rate.

At first I didn't like that he gave up too easy, but I was able to convince him to look harder and he was able to find the switch to reset the food digester and solve my problem. So I hired him to do other work for me. He solved my problems to satisfaction.

It took him nearly 3hours to locate the problem but he continued to figure out what it was and ultimately it was a very small battery that should have been in the controller we needed to use but was not. When he found the problem he went to the hardware store and got it and had everything resolved soon afterwards.

I am very grateful that I happened upon Jordan Kitta to help me in my quest to bring home a beast of a TV, 65 inch, pick it up from Best Buy and bring it to the house, AND of course set up of new TV.
I never want to be an exception to the rule when I look for construction people or other service providers but I probably am because my mothers house is on a dirt road in the country and it just makes everything I do for my mother that much harder.
In the past, I have tried to take care of what ever my mother needed help with from computers to construction but I’m getting older now and things have been getting harder for me as well.
My review for Jordan is absolutely FIVE STAR.
He set up the 65 inch LG without any glitches, smoothly & professionally.
Wish I could have made it easier for you Jordan. So sorry about that dirt road. You are a Superman !

Jordan was prompt, kind and knowledgeable. He came to replace an outlet, terminate one and brainstorm a solution to a current problem. I have recommended him to several people already. From now on, when I need electrical work done, he will be my go-to guy. Thanks, Jordan!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically I try to understand what the customers expectations of the job are. I base my prices off that particular job and not by the hour. I also like to ask what the expect me to provide and what materials they have.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, my goal is to perform work that is at a high value for the money they're spending. I strive to have as many reoccurring customers as I can and I want them to be comfortable recommending me to other people who are looking for services I offer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the FEAT electrical program and worked as an electrician for many years. between electrical work and my previous experience doing renovations and repairs, I have seen countless different scenarios for the same type of job.
