    I've had a fantastic experience with GPRES Property Management. They handle all of my rental units and it was such a relief to hand it all over to them. They do it better than I was doing it (more thorough, better tenant placement, better analysis). I've been with them since 2015 and my only regret is not coming on board sooner!

    Basil worked a project for me, a basement had been taking on moisture and needed to be demoed. Basil and his crew were quick to respond to the project, provided fair pricing, and completed the job under the time frame agreed upon. Quick work, provided the photos and I communication I needed being that I work the property from a far. I've already engaged him again for another project I have in the area.
